What areas do you service?
We proudly serve the greater Tampa Bay area, including South Tampa, Riverview, Brandon, Plant City, and St. Petersburg. Delivery fees may vary based on your specific location and available scheduling.
Do I need to be home for my delivery?
No need to be home — your porch will be beautifully styled while you’re away. Just be sure to share any special access instructions so we can create your display without a hitch.
How long will my pumpkins last?
Pumpkins can last about 4-6 weeks outdoors in warm, humid weather. Direct sun and/or rain exposure, can shorten this timeframe and this is only an estimate.
When will my delivery take place?
Once a delivery week selection is made, we’ll be in touch closer to the date to confirm the exact day and timeframe that your pumpkins will arrive.
Delivery season starts at the end of September through October.
Why is there a range for the number of pumpkins in each collection?
Every porch is unique, and we tailor each display to fit your space perfectly. The range allows us to ensure your final installation is balanced, full, and absolutely stunning — no matter the size or shape of your porch.
What is Porch Pick Up?
We support local at TPC, and we want to ensure nothing goes to waste. If you choose to have your pumpkins removed at the end of the season, they will be recycled to one of our local farm partners. Removals take place at the end of November through the first week of December.
When is my order confirmed?
We will confirm your order within 72 hours of booking. Bookings are not guaranteed without confirmation, due to limited pumpkin inventory. Pumpkin shortages or delays are also possible, however, we will keep you updated if anything changes with your order after confirmation.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
You can decide to cancel your order prior to your delivery confirmation from our team. If your order has already been confirmed, we’re happy to work with you to reschedule for a date that works best.
